  1. Can you describe an example (or two) of how a more empathetic approach to tele-prospecting might manifest itself in PMA’s distinct business model?

    • I think the main point, Vicki, is that empathetic attunement is an intrinsic aspect of all genuine communication. You can’t really understand and influence others if you’re not able to know personally how they feel about something. It’s not so much about being “more” empathetic, but letting our innate empathy guide our understanding and responses to people and situations.

      Empathy is how we really understand others needs, wants, and motives. Without that we’re not fully connecting.
