  1. Telephone marketing is all about curiosity. When I make a call, I’m curious about the person on the phone, or coming to the phone, even if they have time to speak to me, If they have an unusual name I ask for the spelling, or an unusual title, I ask the person to elaborate. Sincere curiosity is a very useful selling tool.
